      IN/OUT: A SUMMER SYMPOSIUM ON SCALES, IMPACT AND INCLUSION IN SOCIALLY-ENGAGED ART

      Co-convened by the Social & Studio Practices department at Moore College of Art & Design and Mural Arts Philadelphia Through panel discussions and site visits, participants will explore the role that questions of scale have on the ability of socially-engaged art practices to impact communities. The Symposium will feature a keynote address from Roberto Bedoya, the Natural History Museum/Not an Alternative and a day of programming at Taller Puertorriqueño, with multiple site visits to Philadelphia community arts organizations. Tickets: Only $25 for both days, including receptions, plus lunch on Friday/Saturday and breakfast on Saturday. A la carte: $15 for Friday; $15 for Saturday.
